Good source is the key of your business, no matter which business you have
if you are manufacturer, good source means good part and less trouble
if you are a trading company and have your own brand, then good supplier mean everything

But it is always not easy to find a good supplier as it is not easy to find a good customer, you need
1, a lot of time
2, know where to find it

Of course, you can source it by yourselves, just like you can wash your car by yourselves

if you think you have a lot of spare time and you can do everything by yourselves, that's no problem, actually a lot of small business owners are doing that, they take a couple of years to build their product, one of my customers in Canada, he wanted to build a heat/cooler machine two years ago, but what he got so far is only a hand made prototype. and the cost of this machine is very high, probably he will take another year to get to the production sample, he was very capable and worked alone, which is great, but no geat business

if he can hire somebody two years ago, probably he can finish several projects like this.
