Today one of my friends said they never use sourcing agent, it is because he did not know who the agent is going to work for? maybe they take money from the factories, he just tells people how to find a right factories

Well, it is typical question for many small business owners are worried before they hire people help them

Here are two questions before you ask that question

How much time will you take to source? and how much money for your time?

No doubt people can learn and study from the books or all kinds of articles on Internet about how to find a reliable supplier, there are many tricks or ways to tell, I believe that you can learn it very well no matter how much time it will cost, then you have to practice it, which means you have to use these ways to check it out, I don't know how much time it will cost

so it comes to an question: will it be worth to do it?

Just like when you go to a remote country to find something, of course, you will be prepared for that, collecting information before you go, then do everything by yourself, that will be good
