Sourcing is very important department in modern corporation, no matter it is big or small, it is always necessary to make your company profitable. but I have to say it is not easy job to find a good and reliable supplier.

First of all, you should have right stuff, they should know the basic knowledge about what you are going to find.

Second, once you lock several suppliers, probably you should order some samples

Third, if the sample are goods enough, you may go to the supplier to check before you place a order with them

Last, if possible, you need go to the factory to check when they produce and before you pay the final payment with them
